Trouble Shooting - Can’t find Member under “Back Office” and then “Members/People”

If the person has been resigned in the database they won’t show up under Members/People.

1. In black taskbar at top of screen click on “People”.

2. In either the “Username” or “E-mail boxes” type in any part of the person’s name you know.

3. It will return a list of relevant people.

4. If the person shouldn’t be resigned, click on their name, then select “Your Organisations”.

5. Check that the “Member Resigned” box is NOT ticked.
