If a Member’s insurance is to be paid by someone other than them, when doing either ‘Add New Member’s Insurance’ or ‘Change Existing Member’s Insurance’ – in between steps 7 and 8, do the following.
7a. Tick box “Paid by other party”.
7b. Text box will pop up, type in name of Organisation or Person who is paying the insurance.
7c. Click on “Save” button at bottom left of screen.
Now go back to step 8 of either ‘Add New Member’s Insurance’ or ‘Change Existing Member’s Insurance’.
