Annually - PIZ (Professional Indemnity Insurance) Annual Renewal unfinished need to check timings/ dates

• Premiums increase every year.

• Renewal Date is don’t know dates each year.

• The Renewal data goes into Commissions sheet dated don’t know dates each year.

• Therefore data must be prepared in The Association database between don’t know dates.

Process

1. Receive latest Excel Spreadsheets from Aon - Michael Twyman/Lee Gornall

2. Combine Adviser Business and Adviser insurance data into one spreadsheet.

3. Delete all unnecessary columns from spreadsheet.

4. Put correct title at top of each column to match those in the database.

5. Email Excel Spreadsheet to Dave Williams at Zest, with timings so it goes into correct Commissions Settlement.

6. Zest upload spreadsheet to database.
